  4. Now cook the couscous by following the packet guidelines. Regular couscous can just be covered with boiling water or stock and left to absorb it. Wholewheat couscous needs to cooked for 5 mins on the stove top..
  5. Add the spice mix into the pan with chicken and beans and cook for a few minutes whilst the couscous is cooking. Add the peas for a minute or two and cook..
  6. Season with salt (and lime juice and chilli flakes if using).
  7. Serve in bowls whilst hot..
