  5. When tomato becomes soft and mushy add all the spices. Cook them..
  6. When spices are cooked add boiled potatoes and mix it well..
  7. Add salt and mix everything properly. Cook it for 1 minute..
  8. Now add buttermilk in it and stir continuously till first boil..
  9. After first boil lower the flame and simmer for about 5 to 10 minute..
  10. After getting desired consistency turn off the flame..
  11. Your potato sabji in buttermilk curry is ready to eat..
