- When tomato becomes soft and mushy add all the spices. Cook them..
- When spices are cooked add boiled potatoes and mix it well..
- Add salt and mix everything properly. Cook it for 1 minute..
- Now add buttermilk in it and stir continuously till first boil..
- After first boil lower the flame and simmer for about 5 to 10 minute..
- After getting desired consistency turn off the flame..
